let b's income be 100 rs
so a's income will be 80rs
now what percent more is b's income than a's income=20/80×100
=25%
so b's income is 25% more than a's income

Let the income of B be x

Find the income of A:

Income of A is 20% less than B

20% of  x = 0.2x

Income of A = x - 0.2x = 0.8x

Find the percentage that B is more than A:

A = 0.8x

B = x

Difference = x - 0.8x = 0.2x

Percentage difference = (difference/income of A) x 100%

Percentage difference = (0.2x/0.8x) x 100 = 25%

Answer: B's income is 25% more than A.
