If a scientists take sperm from Rete Testis from a volunteer and after taking culture that sperm and perform In- vitro fertilization with a healthy ovum- What will happen?

After the zygote becomes big ( 8 blastomeres it is injected in the fallopian tube by ZIFT (zygote Intra fallopian transfer)

For zygote bigger then 8 blastomeres it is injected in the utreus IUT(intra uterine transfer)
