so, in 30 days , a downtime of 26 seconds
so, in 1 days , a downtime of 26/30 second
so, in 365 days , a downtime of 26 × 365/30= 316.33 second

hence, 316.33/60 minutes = 5.27222 minutes of downtime a year would be considered within its goal.
