To FiNd,

The mass by volume percentage ?

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

❐SoLuTiOn,

As given,

The mass of solute (common salt) = 50gm

And,

The mass of solvent(water) = 340gm

As, We know that,

  • Mass of solution = Mass of solute + Mass of solvent

↪Mass of solution = 50gm + 340gm

↪Mass of solution = 390gm

Mass by volume percentage of a Solution

= Mass of solute / Volume of solution × 100

↪50gm / 390gm × 100

↪5/39 × 100

↪12.8 %

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

❐FiNal AnSwEr,

↪12.8 %

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

❥Hope you get your AnSwEr.
