To calculate the pH of this solution, you need  to first determine the concentration after this dilution.

Initial concentration = 10^-6

after dilution the concentration is = 10^-6 x 100

                                                        =  10^-4 M

But  we know that the pH = -log[H⁺]

                          So the pH= -log 10^-4

                                            = 4.0

This method I have used can help you determine the pH of various solution.
