Hey!!

When an equation has unique solution ,

a1/a2 is not equal to b1/2

Therefore

6/k not equal to 2/1

k not equal to 3

Hence k has all the other values except 3

hey dear

here is your answer

Solution

equation is 6x -2y = 3
second is. kx - y = 2

we have to find unique solution

so there is formula

a1 / a2 unequal to b1 /b2

so

a1/ a2. = 6x / x

b1 / b2 = -2y / -y

c1 / c2 = -3 /-2. ( 6x -2 y - 3 =0 and kx -y -2 =0

Compare ratios

a1 /a2 unequal b1/ b2

6x /x unequal -2y / -y.

6 unequal to 2

no equal solution found on LHS and RHS

graphical representation is interesecting line

Algebraic interpretation = unique solution

hope it helps

thank you
