given
a tower height = 30

it's shadow is = 10 root 3

from above in a right angled triangle one of the side is 30 and other side is 10 root 3

tan deta = opposite/adjacent

 \frac{30}{10 \sqrt{3} }
 \frac{3}{ \sqrt{3} }

 \sqrt{3}

then

tan deta = tan 60

deta = 60
