Answer

Given that,

 Acceleration (a) = 10m/s²

 Time (t) = 10 sec.

 Initial velocity (u) = 0m/s²

(as the vehicle is starting from rest.)

 To find,

The distance travelled in the last seconds = ?

 From the second equation of motion,

s = ut + 1/2 at²

 s = 0 * 10 + 1/2 * 10 * 10 * 10

 s = 0 + 1/2 * 1000  s = 1/2 + 1000

 s = 500m

Therefore, the distance travelled in the last seconds is 500m.
