if a vender purchase 3 banans of 1 rupee and sells 4 banans at rupee1 .Find its gain or loss prcentage?

First case:
CP of 3 bananas = Re. 1
.: CP of 1 banana= Re. 1/3
Second case:
SP of 4 bananas= Re.1
.: SP of 1 banana= Re.1/4

As 1/3 > 1/4
.: Loss
Now, Loss
= 1/3-1/4= (4-3)/12= Re.1/12
Loss% = 1/12÷1/3 x 100%
=1/4x100%= 25℅ (Ans.)
