therefore,ab+bc=cd+bc(if equals are added to equals then whose are equal)

Adding bc both sides
ab + bc = cd + bc
Calculating LHS
ab + bc
= ac
Calculating RHS

LHS = RHS
ac = bd
Hence Proved
If ab = cd then ac = bd
