If ABCD and EFGH are two parallelograms between same parallel lines and on the same base, then​:

The area of both parallelograms is equal to each other.

It is the theorem of the parallelograms which states that:

The parallelograms on the same base between the same parallel lines mean the height of the lines on the whole line will be same.

And we know that the area of the parallel is base × Height

So the area of the parallelogram must be same
