IF AD is a medium of triangle ABC. Prove that AB+AC > 2AD.????

Extend  AD = DE  and  join  BE.

now  ABEC  is  a  parallelogram   since  diagonals  bisect  each  other

so  BE =  AC,  now  AB + BE > AE

hence  AB + AC > 2 AD
