The difference between wet deposition and dry deposition can be summed up in a single statement. Wet deposition is actually the procedure of depositing the pollutants that are easily soluble in water and can be carried by rain water. Dry deposition is something like pollutants and pollen's that travel with the help of wind and then get deposited.
