The adjacent side of the rectangle is 2x+3y-2 and 3x+y-1.
Perimeter =2(2x+3y-2 + 3x+y-1)
=4x+6y-4 +6x+2y-2
=4x+6x+6y+2y-4-2
=10x + 8y -2
.:The perimeter of the rectangle =10x +8y -2
