If akbar is driving a car at a uniform speed of 40 km/hr.Draw the distance time graph. Also find the time taken by Akbar to cover a distance of 20 km.

Given, uniform speed of car = 60 km/hr

Let D be the distance covered by Aarushi in thour.

We know that,



This represent a straight line passing thorough the origin (0, 0). The graph of the straight line is shown as,



From the graph, we observe that

WhenD = 150 km

∴ Distance travelled by Aarushi inhours is 150 km.

WhenD = 30 km.

∴ Distance travelled by Aarushi inhour is 30 km.
