If algae is an organism then can it walk like other organisms or it is like plants which cannot walk?

Algae comes under the group - plants (Eukaryotes) 
Oh ! Can Plants walk?
 It is like plants it forms over ponds it is like a sheet of green pigments (it appears in verity of colors )

actually algae is classified under plant kingdom . as we all know plants don't move ... it is obvious that algae also don't move .
