If it is the case then all the genes become activated at once, which is not possible in practice. But if it is the case then there are not enough RNA polymerases and ribosomes that can transcribe and translate all the genes at once. There would not be more physical space in the cell to host all the proteins in the cell. As a result of all that the cell will burst and ultimately it leads to the death of an organism.
