x^2-3x-2=0

on solving quadratic eqn

(x-1)(x-2)=0

x=1 or x=2

alpha=1 and beta =2

according to the condition

1/2+2/1=1/2+2

= 1+4/2

= 5/2 is the ans

nileshb123: -7.5 but what is the steps
