Here is your answer :-

Equation is 3x² + 8x + 2

On comparing this equation ,

a = 3 , b = 8 , c = 2

sum of zeroes = -b /a

alpha + beta = -8/3

product of zeroes = c/a

alpha × beta = 2/3

alpha ² + beta² = (alpha + beta ) ² - 2alpha× beta

( -8/3)² - 2 × 2/3

64/9 - 4/3

52/9
