HEY MATE

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

X^2 +x -2=0

x^2 +2x-x-2

x [x+2} - 1[x-2]

[x-2] [x-1]

x=2   x=1

alpha= 2

beta =1

ZEROS  OF NEW POLYNOMIAL

2[alpha]+2                2[beta]+ 1

2[2]+1                        2[1] +1

=5                              =3

let us name a=5   and b=3

---------NEW POLYNOMIAL----------

x^2 - [a+b]x + ab

by placing value

x^2 - [5+3]x + [5][3]

x^2 - 8x + 15

.........THIS IS YOUR REQUIRED POLYNOMIAL........

PLZ MARK AS BRILLIANEST.......
