The equations are :-
ax + by - c = 0
and ,
lx + my - n = 0
and given that :-
am = bl
=> a / l = b / m ––– ( i )
Now ,
a1 / a2 = a / l
b1 / b2 = b / m
c1 / c2 = c / n
So from equation ( i ) , we can say that
a1 / a2 = b1 / b2 =/= c1 / c2
So , it is a case of no solution .
