let the angle be A,
then it's complement angle will be (90°-A),
now according to the question, we have
A = 1/2 × (90°-A),
2A=90°-A,
2A+A=90°,
3A=90°,
then
A=30°,
therefore
first angle =30°,
its complement angle =90°-30°=60°
