If an angle is a°,then its compliment is 90°_a°
we are told,
a°= (90°-a°)-28
a°= 62°-a°
2a°= 62°
a° = 31°

let the complement be =x
x+(x-28)=90
2x=90+28
2x=118
x=118/2
59=x
x+(x-28)=90
2x=90+28
2x=118
x=118/2
