Let an angle measured by a ( In degrees)

As we know,

two angles are called complementary when their measures add to 90 degrees.

Therefore, it's complement will be (90-a)°

According to the question, we can write __

a = 30° + (90-a)° /2

➱ a + a/2 = 75°

➱ a =50°

Therefore,

the measure of required angle is 50°.
