Given : An angle is half of its complementary angle.
To find : The said angle.
Solution :
We can simply solve this mathematical problem by using the following mathematical process. (our goal is to calculate the measurement of the said angle)
Now,
"If the sum of two angles becomes equal to 90°, then they are called complementary angles."
Let, the said angle = x°
Its complementary angle = 2 × x° = 2x°
According to the previously mentioned mathematical property of complementary angles, we get :
x + 2x = 90
3x = 90
x = 90/3
x = 30
So, the said angle = x° = 30°
(This will be considered as the final result of the given mathematical problem.)
Hence, the said angle is 30°
