 we know that the formula is x+x+x+x= 360
let one angle be x so opposite angle would be also x
now adjacent angle is four fifth so 4/5 x and as we know opposite angles are equal so its opposite angle will be 4/5 x respectively ...
so the equation would be
x+x+4/5x+4/5x=360
2x+8/5x=360
we will cross multiply
so 2x+8x=360x5
10x=    1800
x=1800/10
x=180

so x = 180
then 4/5 x = 144
