let adjacent angles be x

then, other angle = 2/3x

.

we know that opposite angles of parallelogram are equal

.

and sum of all 4 sides of parallelogram is 360

.

= x+x+2x/3+2x/3 = 360

= 2x+4x/3 = 360

= 6x+4x/3 = 360. (by making denominator same)

= 10x/3 = 360

= 10x = 360/3

= x = 108

.

then, other angle = 2/3×108= 2× 36

= 72

.

the smallest angle is = 72 degree

.

hope it helped☺️
