Adjacent angles in parallelogram add up to 180°.

Thus,

(2/3)x+x=180°

(2/3)x+(3/3)x=180°

(5/3)x=180°

x=108°

Adjacent angle is the smallest,

(2/3)x= (2/3)108= 72°
