Hola User _____________

Actually if a athlete takes 90 degrees on circle of radius 10 cm ...then actually he forms a Rightnangled Isoscles triangle .....to calculate the displacement we have find the shortest possible diatance between the final and initail point.....

so if we apply the Pythagoras theorem ...then the hypotenuse of the triangle will be as 10 square root of 2 cm......

thus the Displacement is 10_ square root of 2...cm.....

Hope this hepls u............☺

displacement is 10root 2 ... .................

.

Padma120: Explain it
Reddevil1: athlete it at 90 degree in circle... so it is basically a quadrant so its radius we have given so it means that we have 2 sides vector. both are perpendicular so by pythagoros therm its resultant is 10 root 2
