If an electron is not deflected in passing through a certain region of space can we be sure that there is no magnetic field in that region?

it is not necessary that there is no magnetic field in the certain region where the electron mass and deflected because if in the region there is is magnetic field of of equal magnitude and opposite in direction then the electron will face equal amount of force due to magnetic field in opposite directions which will ultimately cancel out both the forces deferred the electron well pass undeflected from that region
