Answer:

note the isotope masses for Cl you given are wrong here I'm giving answer for correct isotope mass.

answer is 35.5

Explanation:

average atomic mass = (M1 × % of isotope 1 + M2 × % of isotope 2) / 100

given M1 = 37 and % = 25%

M2 = 35 and % = 75%

=> average atomic mass = (37 × 25 + 35 × 75) / 100 = 35.5 amu

Now considering your isotope mass both isotope has same atomic mass 33

=> average atomic mass = (33 × 25 + 33 × 75) / 100 = 33

hope you understand the problem.
