If an incident ray passing through the optical centre of a concave lens after refraction through it what will happen?

Deflection occurs whenever light exits glass into air or enters glass from air, unless the light is at right angles to the glass. Thus your question is not technically correct. Light is deflected, but if it is not at right angles, and itpasses through the optical center, it emerges parallel but offset some amount.

it will just pass away from the lens cozz a ray cant reverse back from optical center
