1/F=1/V+1/U

u=-10

f=30

v=?

1/30-1/-10=1/F

1/30+1/10=

1+3/30=

4/30=

30/4=

7.5=F

Answer: The radius is =60cm ;hence focal length = 30 cm

and the mirror equation is  1/v+1/u =1/f;  hence 1/v+1/10= -1/30

where v is the image to mirror distance, u is object to mirror distance.

we get v= -7.5cm from the above equation

hence image formed is 7.5 cm behind the convex mirror
