1. 2×5 = 10

2. -4 × -6 = +24

3. 13 × -6 = -78

Answer:

i.a*b=a×b-(a+b)

=2*5=2×5-(2+5)

2*5=10-7=3ans.

ii.a*b=a×b-(a+b)

=(-4)*(-6)=(-4)×(-6)-[(-4)+(-6)]

(-4)*(-6)=24+(-10)=34ans.
