Answer:-

a + B = -b/a=-coefficient of x/coefficient of x square= -1/1=-1

aß=c/a= constant/coefficient of x

square= -1/1= -1

now, 1/a + 1/3= a + ß/aß

put the values from above hence answer=-1/-1=1
