if any government becomes bankrupt like the government of louis xvi,what measures do you think are required to overcome the crisis.

To overcome from this situation , we have to mean government have to increase taxes only of rich people who have lots of property not from the poor people. To not face tis type of situation government have already store the food for people and can collect taxes from 1st and 2nd estate people.
