What do you mean by discipline?

Ans

Discipline is not ❌ how you behave but how you think and handle the situation. Discipline is the mind set of one who cares and sees hope in one.

Question 2

How will you maintain discipline?

Ans

I am not here to maintain discipline but to change the mind set because if the mind set changes, discipline follows.

Rest of the questions will be based on how you will stop people fighting in the Colidoor.

Ans

I will let them fight and wait till they are done and then I will make them realise that it did them no good but instead gave them a guilt and regret.
