Answer: 1 distance is the whole area covered whereas displacement is a area covered in a straight line therefore displacement is less than distance
2 if the initial and final point is same then displacement can be zero but distance will be measured so distance is bigger than displacement
3 Displacement can be zero but distance can never be zero
