Step-by-step explanation:

Commutative Property of addition (also called commutativity of addition) will show that A + B = B + A where A and B are any numbers

So in our question

A + B form; where A = -1 and B = 4/7

-4 + 4/7 = -28/7 +4/7 = -24/7

B + A form; where A = -1 and B = 4/7

4/7 + (-4) =  4/7 + (-28/7) = -24/7

In both the cases we can see the answer comes out to be -24/7

Hence commutativity of addition is verified for this case
