line APB is parallel to CQD
when we join PQ it will be transversal
then angleBPQ=angleCQP    (alternate angles)
angleAPQ=anglePQD   
when we will draw bisectors 
then the figure formed will have opposite angles equal
which means that it is a parallelogram
