AQ=AR (tangent of a circle)

BQ=BP AND PC=CR

TRIANGLE ABC=AB + BQ +AC+CR

PERIMETER. ABC =AQ+AR

AQ=15CM GIVEN

AR=15CM

PERIMETER OF TRIANGLE ABC IS 30 CM
