Base = x-3
Height = x+4

Area of Parallelogram = B×H

(x-3)×(x+4)
x²+4x-3x-12
x²+x-12

Area will be x²+x-12

area of parallelogram

= base x height

x(square) = (x - 3) (x + 4)

= x(square) + x - 12

x - 12 = 0

x = 12
