We know,

\boxed{\purple{Area\: of\: square \:= side^2}}

So using the formula :

\sf⟹\:64=side^{2}

\sf\:oR\:side^{2}=64

\sf⟹\:side=\sqrt{64}

\sf⟹\:side=8

And we know that all sides in a square are equal in length.
