area=πr²=22/7*r²=36
r²=36*7/22=11.4
r=√11.4=1.65
d=2*1.65=3.3cm

here's ur answer...
area of circle = 36cm²
therefore πr² = 36cm²
=> 22/7 × r² = 36cm²
=> r² = 36/1×7/22
=> r² = 126/11cm
therefore diameter = 126/11 ×2
= 252/11cm
it can't be solved further...
