if artificial farming helps the farmers then why should they follow organic farming? Why they should be in a loss?

Artificial farming does give a lot of profit but the plants are healthy but to avoid insects and pests they use pesticides,insecticides,etc. at the same time organic farming though very less profit is obtained the produce is much healthier and safer to consume(no side-effects) than the produce of artificial farming.
