If atomic mass of first and third element of a triad is 6 and 18 respectively then what would be the atomic mass of the middle element according to dobereiner's triads?

According to dobereiner the atomic mass of the second element is the average of 1 st and 3 rd So 6+18/2=12 so mass of 2 nd element is 12
