This can be solved with help of constraints equation ,
As you can see , a string is attached with block A , and three string is folded with pley which is attached with B.
e.g.,
now, differentiate with respect to x
Given, = 0.6 m/s [to the right ]
= 0.6 × 3 = 1.8 m/s [ downward ]

as from the figure we can understand that tension in the three strings is acted over the string of B
so we know that f = m.a
=> (3T * V1) + (-T * V2) = 0
=> 3T V1 - T V2 = 0
SO => 3 V1 = V2
=> V1 = 0.6 .....(GIVEN)
=> V2 = 1.8 m/s
