If Buddhism and Jainism had become the most important religion in the world today do you think the world could have avoided the world wars?

Buddhism or Jainism can’t avoid world wars . Although we hate the idea of violence and its against our ideas but we can’t really avoid what has to happen . We can’t do nothing if the other countries attack us , we can’t lose our country or this world just because its against our ideas . And other than Jains and Buddhists too no one would ever want a world war or wars because no good person wants bloodshed and violence
