If c is inversely proportional to d, and c=18 when d=2/3, find the value of d when c=6/7

Heya.....  Here is ur answer..   For inverse proportion cd=k (constant) c=18 d=2/3 k=cd = 18*2/3 = 12  Therefore, c=6/7 d=k*c = 12*6/7 = 14  The answer is  d = 14. Hope it helps. Thank you.  Tysm..@gozmit

c is inversely proportional to d
so, c=k/d (k=const)
now,18=k/2/3
or,k=12

again, c=k/d
or,6/7=12/d (c=6/7)
d=14
