10:15 because if it's changed from 3 to 10 then add 3+7

Do the same to 8 add 7 it will be 15. tada

Answer:

let the quantity of carbon and oxygen be 3x and 8x respectively,

then here ratio of carbon (3x) =10 g

then x =10/3

therefore, required mass of oxygen =8*10/3=80/3=26.6g answer
